Mill Sanitation and Disinfection

Our products BRBIO 50 and BRBIO SC 40 help to prevent bacterial growth and improve the sanitation of the mill and its surroundings. These biocides can increase sugar recovery and arrest sugar inversion.

Coagulants and Flocculants

We provide a range of coagulants and flocculants for mud settling and juice clarification. o BRTREAT 6130 and BRTREAT 6150 PLUS are polyamine-based coagulants used for de-oiling and de-colouring. They can replace lime and ferric chloride/ferrous sulphate. o BRFLOC 7122 and BRFLOC 7123 are anionic-based flocculants that are effective at low dosages, remove suspended and colloidal solids, and improve the filtration rate.

Colour Precipitant

Our product BPA 50 is a polyamine-based colour precipitant that removes suspended solids and colloidal particles from sugar juice, leading to improved clarification efficiency and the production of superior white sugar.

Anti-Scalant

HP 55 is an acrylic homopolymer anti-scalant that reduces scale formation on evaporating surfaces, which in turn improves heat transfer, increases equipment efficiency, and enhances the overall process.

Defoamer

Our silicone-based defoamer, DEFOAMER AF, prevents foaming, which helps to increase process efficiency.
